Note For Dormant Subscribers

If a customer’s number remains inactive for 90 days or more and their credit limit is reached, then the company may use the customer’s security deposit to settle any outstanding bills.

• In order to check the package MBs, voice minutes, SMS, dues, or the billing cycle, send an SMS “BL” to 567.

Terms and Conditions 

• You will bear a charge of Rs. 0.50+Tax every time you inquire via *567#.
• There are no pro-rata charges on Add-Ons/Bundles and they are billed at full price.
• The validity of an Add-On/Bundle lasts until the end of the billing cycle.
• SMS Add-Ons for postpaid plans are automatically renewed.
• You can subscribe to multiple Add-Ons/Bundles within a single billing cycle.
• The mentioned Add-Ons/Bundles are available only for z500, z900, z1500, and z3000 Postpaid Packages.
• Customers not on z500, z900, z1500, or z3000 packages need to switch to one of these packages to subscribe to the Add-Ons/Bundles.
