Terms and Conditions

• These are bolt-on bundles that renew automatically on every billing date.
• The add-ons of any package will not automatically renew on each billing cycle.
• These bolt-ons are manually exclusive to one another. It means the subscribers can only subscribe to one AIO offer at one time. By default, the new subscription will replace the old subscription every time.
• The All-Net minutes that are offered in these bundles are usable on all local networks operating in Pakistan. 
• The FnF call rates apply for 3 Jazz numbers only.
• In order to check the remaining resources, dial the code *2222# from your number. This service is completely free. 
• In case of late payment, a fee of Rs.50 or 5% (whichever is higher) of the outstanding dues (excluding taxes) will be charged on those bills that will be unpaid after the due date.
• The customers are billed on the 2nd of every month. The packages are also refreshed on the same date.
• In case your subscription date is any day other than the 2nd of a month, then you will be allocated free resources and charged the offer price according to the new offer which will based on the days remaining until the next bill date.
• Once the usage of free resources exceeds an offer, then the additional usage will be charged at a rate of Rs.3.025+Tax/MB after every 512 KB usage of data and Rs.2+Tax/Min after every 60 seconds for calls.
• The data charges will not apply after you have consumed data for Rs.2,000/- on Pay-as-you-use.
